Cardiff Residential Estates offer a professional, qualified, cost effective and transparent service. Below is a break down of our fees that will be paid in addition to any rent and deposit that is due under a Tenancy Agreement. Acceptance of any offer will be subject to contract, referencing and immigration checks.
Please ensure you fully understand what fees are payable should you apply for a tenancy as it is vital you fully understand these before you make any decision relating to applying for the property. In some cases a guarantor may be required or the initial six (6) months rent may be requested in advance. The fees below are non-refundable if the referencing and guarantor process fails at no fault of the landlord.

A deposit is one month’s rent plus £100 and will be required prior to the start of the tenancy agreement. This is subject to referencing and a landlord may require a higher deposit if the referencing criteria is not met.

Your deposit will be registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and evidence of this will be supplied to you upon commencement of the tenancy agreement.
